滴滴出行最近在美国大举收购自动驾驶领域相关的专利，整个专利包涉及29个专利家族总共100多个专利。专利原所有人为法国主权专利基金（SPF）Brevets和法国军工企业Thales，交易双方未公布具体的交易细节，值得一提的是，购买专利方属于滴滴出行旗下的滴滴（香港）科技有限公司。
这些专利主要涉及激光雷达、防撞测距、以及导航辅助驾驶领域。
